Follow Up
It is our sincere desire to give all of our customers premium service every time. That is how our Mission Statement begins, and it is what we believe in. If you have ever had service done by Fox Plumbing and Heating, you have probably received a follow-up call asking how your service was. These questions were not designed to annoy you but to make your service as positive an experience as possible. When you take a few seconds to tell us if the service technician did or did not wear his shoe covers, for instance, we can ensure the next time he is in your home you will not have to be concerned with whether or not your floors will be tracked with mud. Often the little details leave the lasting impressions.
